All the recipes shown in this section have
been submitted by members of the MS-Diet
Support Group and we are very proud of this.
We consider it testament to the fact that
a wealth of recipe options are still available
to individuals who decide to follow this
eating plan. It also goes to show just what
can be achieved with a little thought, effort
and imagination.
When you study the wide range of recipes
shown here perhaps you will understand why
the members of this group feel they have
never eaten so well.
These recipes have been searched out, tried
out, adapted, converted, invented, or in
many ways made to work and taste wonderful.
Most are subjected to the mail groups detailed
scrutiny to ensure that the avoid foods aren't
present in the ingredients used.
